Our mission is simple: to create confident, capable home inspectors who excel in their field. To achieve this, we’ve partnered with InterNACHI, the world’s largest and most trusted association for home inspectors, to deliver hands-on, live training programs designed to prepare you for the real world.

Why We Started

Home inspection is a profession that requires more than just theoretical knowledge—it demands hands-on experience and practical skills. Pro Spex Academy was founded to bridge the gap between learning and doing, offering training that immerses students in real-world scenarios.

We noticed that many aspiring inspectors struggled to find programs that combined cutting-edge curriculum with real-life practice. That’s where Pro Spex Academy steps in, providing live training that ensures you’re ready to succeed from day one.

Our Facility

Pro Spex Academy's Training Center is located in one of Laurel MD original homes built in 1919, Pro Spex Academy's training center is not just a class room where you watch a slide presentation, it is equipped with interactive displays where inspectors can see and troubleshoot various systems, as well as all of the systems a home inspector will find in a modern home. Students will have access to actual equipment dating back to first residential wiring used in the US, professionals, (Master electricians, plumbers etc.) will attend training sessions to add depth to discussions.

Our Partners

Pro Spex Academy has partnered with InterNACHI (the leading home inspector association in the world) to ensure all course material meets state standards. Those taking the 72 hour class will receive 2 month free InterNACHI membership.

Our partners also include Home Inspector Tech, one of the most highly customizable home inspector Apps on the market today. Students will receive a fully functioning version for 2 months.
